RETURNS

We strive to ensure our items meet the highest standard of quality and utmost customer satisfaction. We do everything we can, to ensure we send you your ordered items in perfect condition by the date you need them.

However,we admit that sometimes, things can go wrong.
Only items that arrive defective or damaged during shipment are eligible for returns or exchange. We would require a photographic proof of damage and proof of purchase i.e receipt within 24 hours after delivery to validate your exchange/ refund.
